Investment immigration in Malaysia

Malaysia has four types of immigration: family-based, economic, humanitarian, and refugee.

Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) program

Launched in 2002, the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) program is a visa scheme offered by the Malaysian government to eligible foreigners. The program is open to citizens of all countries recognized by Malaysia, regardless of race, religion, gender, or age.

Employment Pass (EP)

The Employment Pass (EP) is a work visa that allows foreigners (typically managers, executives, and skilled professionals) to legally live and work in Malaysia. Dependant Passes also allow the family members of the foreign worker to live in Malaysia.

Professional Visit Pass (PVP)

The Professional Visit Pass (PVP) is a temporary pass that allows foreign workers (with acceptable professional qualifications or skills) to engage in business and professional visits to Malaysia under a service contract with a Malaysian company.
